By downloading, installing, or using SPOTTO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SPOTTO is an entertainment trivia and puzzle game in which players attempt to identify celebrities from progressively revealed photographs. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only.
SPOTTO is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any celebrity, public figure, entertainment company, record label, sports organization, or talent agency featured in the game. All celebrity names, likenesses, and images are used for identification and entertainment purposes in the context of a trivia game.
The appearance of any individual in this game does not imply their endorsement of SPOTTO or its operators.
Celebrity photographs used in SPOTTO are sourced from Wikimedia Commons and are used in accordance with their respective Creative Commons licenses (CC BY, CC BY-SA, and similar). Full attribution for all images is available within the App under Profile → Image Credits.
SPOTTO respects intellectual property rights. If you believe an image has been used incorrectly or without proper authorization, please contact us at hello@playspotto.com and we will respond promptly.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content in the App infringes upon your copyrights, please send a written notice to hello@playspotto.com with the following: a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and your electronic or physical signature.
We will review all claims and remove or disable access to content that is found to be infringing.
SPOTTO uses photographs of public figures solely for the purpose of an identification trivia game. This use is consistent with the editorial and informational use of public figures' likenesses under applicable law. We do not use any celebrity's likeness to advertise, endorse, or sell products or services beyond the game itself.
If you are a public figure or representative and have concerns about your likeness appearing in the App, please contact us at hello@playspotto.com and we will address your concerns promptly.
You may create an account using Apple Sign In or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to: reverse engineer or decompile the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SPOTTO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
